For job seekers who aspire to salaried employment, the Employment Counsellors proceed, at the request of employers and on the basis of precise criteria, to the pre-selection of the skills sought for a connection.

The NEF also share information on available job offers, professions, training, etc. This information, provided by competent managers, is generally supplemented by self-information systems such as our information room, which leaves the initiative to the user. They can find the NEF newspaper, specialised national and international newspaper, sectorial studies drawn up by the NEF or by other organisations, etc.
