| Missions / Tâches |
• Day to day follow up of manpower, materials and assets according to planning
• Maximise OTIF
• Define and communicate raw material needs. Assure of execution
• Translate mid-term planning in daily scheduling in an optimize way (OTIF, cost, inventory level)
• Schedule assets for efficient conversion cost
• Operate tank and silo with minimal inventory
• Coordinate inflow and outflow of material through the assets
• Integrate and challenge planned and unplanned disturbances (manpower, assets, materials)
• Ensure cross functional relationships and consistency of planning across streams.
